About the Role Signal's Change Management team supports both strategic client change initiatives and the transformation of our managed service capability. We're seeking experienced Change Project Managers to deliver complex, often technical projects using Agile methods — ensuring high-quality, profitable outcomes for clients and the business. Key Focus Areas 1. Service Delivery - Manage end-to-end project delivery to agreed quality, cost, and timeline standards. 2. Profitability - Ensure commercial success through accurate scoping, quoting, forecasting, and financial. 3. Quality - Define success measures, manage risks and issues, and embed best practice in line with ISO standards. 4. Continuous Improvement - Identify efficiencies, capture lessons learned, and share insights across teams.
