About The Position
Job Description REQUIRED_SKILL: PRIMARY_SKILL: Release Manager / Project Manager Previous experience in Release Management or Project Management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, Excellent critical thinking/analytical skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing activities in a fast paced, high-pressure environment. Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle - inclusive of both traditional and agile methodologies. Ability to work across multiple technology, infrastructure, and production support teams to develop and execute detailed, time boxed deployment plans. A strong sense of urgency and personal ownership for resolving issues and obstacles to delivering on the goals of the organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to successfully influence and manage teams without expressed hierarchical authority. Ability to successfully engage and interact with all levels of management. Proficient in Microsoft suite of desktop applications Working experience with ITSM Remedy or Service Now Understanding of the Change Management process and Jira
