The Change Manager for the Evergreen program will lead the end-to-end change management strategy and execution for a multi-year Workers' Compensation Claims Transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in driving adoption of a new claims system, redesigning business processes, and embedding a culture of transformation across the organization. The Change Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and frontline stakeholders to ensure the program delivers sustainable change and business value.
