As a digital transformation specialist on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on the Navy. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and deliver process improvement strategies. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design to help your team develop a change strategy to facilitate the process. As onsite change management support, your clients will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Requirements

5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
3+ years of experience managing and delivering process improvement projects
3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior military officers
3+ years of experience with program training
Knowledge of continuous process improvement practices
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Change Management Certification
