Support management and associates in overall change process. Must be able to work autonomic and have an analytical mind. Work Experience: 3-5 years lean manufacturing experience or background as industrial engineer required Experience in food manufacturing/production preferred Job Skills: Proficient with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook, math aptitude Possibly Visio, SAP-PP knowledge Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Lean Manufacturing / TPS / 6-Sigma certified preferred Travel: Limited, up to 10% Environmental Requirements: Normal office environment. Requirements

Must be able to work autonomic and have an analytical mind.

Bachelors Degree in Business Economics, Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field required.
3-5 years lean manufacturing experience or background as industrial engineer required
Proficient with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook, math aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing/production preferred
Possibly Visio, SAP-PP knowledge
Lean Manufacturing / TPS / 6-Sigma certified preferred

Responsibilities
