We are seeking a Change management leader with substantial project management expertise to lead and execute transformation initiatives across our North America Customer Services organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at guiding teams through complex change, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with measurable, lasting impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 5+ years of project management and change‑management experience.
- Expertise with methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
Nice To Haves
- Formal change‑management certification such as Prosci.
- Governance and executive‑level stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional PM methodologies.
- Knowledge of behavioral change models.

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Develop and deploy structured change‑management strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, and adoption metrics.
- Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments using methods such as Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, or other frameworks.
- Facilitate alignment between sponsors, project teams, and impacted business units.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor adoption, resistance patterns, and engagement levels.
- Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders.
