We are seeking a Change management leader with substantial project management expertise to lead and execute transformation initiatives across our North America Customer Services organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at guiding teams through complex change, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with measurable, lasting impact. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 5+ years of project management and change‑management experience.
  • Expertise with methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Are you a Proactive communicator, skilled at driving adoption, a strong cross-functional collaborator?

Nice To Haves

  • Formal change‑management certification such as Prosci.
  • Governance and executive‑level stakeholder management experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional PM methodologies.
  • Knowledge of behavioral change models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Develop and deploy structured change‑management strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, and adoption metrics.
  • Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments using methods such as Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, or other frameworks.
  • Facilitate alignment between sponsors, project teams, and impacted business units.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor adoption, resistance patterns, and engagement levels.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders.
