We are seeking a Change management leader with substantial project management expertise to lead and execute transformation initiatives across our North America Customer Services organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at guiding teams through complex change, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with measurable, lasting impact. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
5+ years of project management and change‑management experience.
Expertise with methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Are you a Proactive communicator, skilled at driving adoption, a strong cross-functional collaborator?

Nice To Haves

Formal change‑management certification such as Prosci.
Governance and executive‑level stakeholder management experience.
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional PM methodologies.
Knowledge of behavioral change models.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through final acceptance, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Develop and deploy structured change‑management strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans, communication frameworks, and adoption metrics.
Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments using methods such as Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, or other frameworks.
Facilitate alignment between sponsors, project teams, and impacted business units.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Monitor adoption, resistance patterns, and engagement levels.
Communicate regularly with leadership and stakeholders.
