About the role Drive business outcomes by leading the people side of change. Play a critical role to increase change readiness, engage stakeholders, ensure adoption and sustain changes long-term. Manage the team responsible for enterprise organizational change management (OCM) strategy and execution. Oversee and ensure consistent use of the corporately adopted change management methodology. How does this role make an impact? Consults with executive leaders and business partners across the organization to understand change management needs and recommend or assign OCM resources to support success. For enterprise-level change initiatives, responsible for the delivery of effective OCM strategies, plans and sustainment outcomes aligned to the business goals. Coordinates across multiple enterprise change efforts that will impact the same audiences. Oversees change management training for the organization. Advocates to ensure consistent use of the Prosci/ADKAR methodology across the organization. Applies standard corporately adopted best practices, methodology and procedures to implement changes. Partners with communications and training teams to support design, development and delivery of change management plans and tactics. Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas. Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster. Do you have what we're looking for? Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Organizational Development, Communications, Business, Human Resources or related field)

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci/ADKAR change management certification
  • Proven track record leading enterprise or cross-functional change management initiatives, and achieving desired behavior changes
  • Experience partnering with executive and senior level leaders
