As a Change Management Consultant (ERP Transformations), you will lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstreams within large-scale ERP and digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for driving user adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring organizations are prepared to successfully transition to new systems and ways of working. This role combines structured OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) with hands-on experience in ERP-enabled business transformation, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and similar platforms. You will operate as a workstream lead, partnering with client stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from frontline users to executive leadership—while collaborating with functional and technical teams to deliver integrated, business-focused outcomes.
