About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced CGL Litigation Specialist to manage complex litigated claims. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical ability, and the capacity to handle a diverse caseload across multiple industries.

Requirements

Extensive background in managing complex claims and litigation, with proven expertise in CGL claims (bodily injury, product liability, premises liability).
Carrier experience required; E&S experience strongly preferred.
Active adjuster licenses in Florida (FL) and Texas (TX) required; additional state licenses and nationwide exposure preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage a litigated caseload of approximately 100–125 claims, with emphasis on CGL claims such as bodily injury, product liability, and premises liability.
Handle claims across industries including construction, habitational, hospitality, and other general sectors.
Maintain reserve authority in the $150,000 range, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations.
Collaborate with legal counsel and other stakeholders to achieve efficient claim resolutions.
Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations on complex claims and litigation matters.
Ensure compliance with policies, industry regulations, and established best practices.
