Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification required
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Current CPR certification, TB test, and physical exam
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved waiver
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily routines and personal care needs
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Provide professional, compassionate care
- Travel to patient homes as scheduled
