Requirements

  • Current Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
  • Minimum 1 year PT experience; Home Health/OASIS experience preferred
  • Physical exam within last 6 months
  • Valid TB test (within 12 months) & CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license & proof of auto liability insurance
  • Must attend 1–2 day orientation in Stamford, CT
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Nice To Haves

  • WellSky (Kinnser) software experience preferred
  • Home Health/OASIS experience preferred
