About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will support residents with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Prior experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or nursing home setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Support patient mobility, including transfers and repositioning
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Observe and promptly report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team members to deliver quality care
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols
