Requirements

  • Certified : You hold an active CNA license from a state-approved nursing program.
  • Experienced : You’ve got at least 2 years of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ready to Go : You’re CPR certified, up-to-date on health screenings, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Resilient : You're physically fit to handle patient transfers and the demands of 12-hour shifts.
  • Dedicated : Above all, you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, especially in skilled nursing facilities .

Responsibilities

  • Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance : Help patients with daily activities like eating, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor Vital Signs : Keep track of vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Documentation & Communication : Record care details accurately, keeping patients' healthcare teams in the loop.
  • Compassionate Care : Provide patient-centered care with dignity, respect, and a personal touch.
  • Stay Current : Stay on top of state requirements and best practices to deliver the highest level of care.
