About The Position
ATC Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in healthcare facilities while working closely with nurses and other medical professionals to ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Maintain patient hygiene and comfort while ensuring dignity and respect
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines
