Our facility provides 24/7 care for residents who depend on us for both clinical support and daily comfort. Your role as a CNA is essential in helping them maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 120 days (we'll help!)
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to following state and federal long-term care guidelines
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with care needs
- Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Safely reposition residents and assist with transfers
- Monitor and document food/fluid intake and output
- Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
- Build meaningful connections to ensure residents feel safe and comfortable
