Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow healthcare regulations
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to resident call lights
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Safely reposition and support residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury
- Monitor and document food and fluid intake when needed
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents
