Certified Nurse Aide CNA - Hospice/Home Health - Berks
About The Position
Home Health Aides are personnel employed to provide personal care and simple housekeeping chores to selected clients. The scheduling staff will assign a specific worker to a specific client. The professional staff will complete a home health aide care plan designating work to be performed in the client's home and will instruct and supervise the worker in these duties. Tower Health at Home provides a comprehensive range of services that allows patients to recover from a short-term illness or manage a chronic condition in the comfort of their own home. Our team of healthcare professionals work collaboratively to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in our patient’s home for their home health or hospice needs. Requirements
- PA Nurse Aide Certification Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Relevant Experience
- Current Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Current Automobile Insurance
- BLS Certification
- Computer Skills to include use and navigation
- Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Safety Orientation
- Service Orientation
