Requirements
- At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
- Can document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures
- Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
