Home Health Aide - CNA - Home Health Schedule- Full Time/ Days Supports North Portland, North East Portland and Multnomah County Under the supervision of a registered nurse provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Requirements

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License - if practicing within this state.
  • 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with current CNA.
