Requirements

CMA Certificate or LPN License
BLS required

Responsibilities

Able to provide direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a Physician or non-physician provider
Able to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of patient care
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Self-motivated, self-starter with initiative and ability to pro-actively identify opportunities and take action
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team oriented skills
Excellent knowledge of and commitment to the principles and practices of continuous quality improvement
