About The Position

Cleaver Medical Group Interventional Pain is seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support clinical operations within our Interventional Pain Management and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). We specialize in helping patients with chronic and complex pain conditions through comprehensive, minimally invasive, and integrative care.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification or active LPN license (required)
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong computer/EHR skills
• Familiarity with pre-operative and post-operative workflows
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Reliable transportation; travel to satellite locations required

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and managing patient flow
• Assisting providers with exams and interventional procedures
• Preparing exam and procedure rooms (office & ASC)
• Supporting sterile technique, infection control, and safety protocols
• EHR documentation
• Prescription refill requests
• Scheduling appointments and handling patient calls
• Patient education and post-procedure instructions
