Position Highlights POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse serves as a resource nurse who plans, coordinates, evaluates, provides for, and delivers health care services to patients. Starting hourly wage for this position is RN: $26.82, LPN: $21.36, CMA: $19.02. Actual hourly rate is dependent on experience. This position will work in both the Cresco and LeRoy Clinics
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- A current Minnesota license as an LPN or RN is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain and display professionalism with customers and coworkers.
- Organizational skills, with attention to detail, including time management and workflow required.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing practice, including the ability to make sound judgments in clinical situations.
- Understanding of teaching/learning principles.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Obtain certification in BCLS within three months of hire/in position.
Nice To Haves
- Six months previous ambulatory care nursing experience preferred.
- Computer skills preferred.
