About The Position

CLK Multifamily Management, LLC is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician. CLK is seeking a tech with apartment maintenance experience, who is a hardworking and takes pride in the quality of work performed. Come join the CLK Culture. Candidates should have at least one year experience in property maintenance, customer service skills with residents, co-workers, and vendors. Candidates must also have time management skills to work independently to meet deadlines to achieve property goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Perform routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances Complete work orders and respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready tasks Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies Must be knowledgeable of pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics and freon. Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer cleanouts.

Requirements

  • Valid certifications in HVAC, EPA, or other relevant trades
  • Experience in apartment maintenance or similar residential settings
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for on-call rotation and emergency response
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • HVAC License
  • Pre-employment drug test and background screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities
