About The Position
Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Minimum age of 15
- Lifeguard Certification
Responsibilities
- Always maintain the pool cleanliness and safety.
- Know and understand how to respond to emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate records required by the John W. Black Aquatic Center and the Oldham County Health Department.
