About The Position
Applicants will be required to work outside in extreme weather conditions. Patrols areas and observes activities; enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries. Assists with rescue of helpless swimmers; administers first aid and applies resuscitation measures when necessary. Keeps first aid supplies and resuscitation equipment ready for instant use. May give swimming instructions May assist in the preparation of accident reports. Other duties as required
Requirements
- NASSAU COUNTY LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION
- CPR CERTIFICATION
