CRM Benefits: PTO accruing upon start Competitive Salary Seasonal Lifeguard Responsibilities: The Seasonal Lifeguard's primary duty is to regulate conduct of pool patrons by enforcing pool policies, rules, and regulations and rescuing and patrons in emergency need, including the proper use of equipment in the performance of first aid. Tests water quality in pool and maintains appropriate records. Assists in the proper maintenance and sanitary up keep of the pool, pool area, and locker rooms. Participates in the preparation of daily records. Provides written reports on all accidents. Maintains proper updated safety requirements. Performs work safely in accordance with departmental safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work conditions or practice to supervisor. Seasonal Lifeguard Requirements: Must possess a valid American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certificate and American Red Cross First Aid certificate. Must be certified in American Red Cross Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), for the Professional Rescuer or become certified within 30 days of employment. Must be a skilled swimmer and able to pull weight through the water. Must be physically able to rescue someone drowning or injured in the water. Excellent observational skills. Excellent communications skills, confident, positive attitude, and the ability to interact with a wide range of people. CRM Rental Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
