Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability for evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn with training

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with evening routines
• Support the client’s comfort, safety, and independence at home
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
• Follow an individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive care environment
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
