Requirements
- Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- Availability for both Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent weekend care
- Compassionate, patient focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a one on one home care setting
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client’s daytime routine, comfort, and safety
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
- Follow an individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
- Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive care environment
- Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams
