Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certificate (required) within 3 months of hire.
- Current BLS certification.
- One-year prior medical assisting preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret medical data and professional journals.
- Ability to understand and use electronic medical record software.
- Ability to listen and understand patient questions and communicate complex information accurately and understandably.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Additional languages preferred.
- One-year prior medical assisting preferred.
