About The Position
Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 support for a male high school student exhibiting significant behaviors and aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident, consistent, and skilled in behavior intervention strategies within a school setting.
Requirements
- Active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Certification
- Previous experience supporting students with severe behaviors and aggression required
- Strong behavior management and de-escalation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- School-based experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in a high school environment
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity
- Collect and document behavioral data

- Maintain a safe and structured environment for the student
