About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 support for a male high school student with significant behavioral challenges, including aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident, consistent, and capable of managing high-intensity behaviors in a school setting.
Requirements
- Active CBT Certification
- Experience working with high school-aged students
- Strong experience managing aggressive and high-behavior students
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Flexibility throughout contract assignment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support and intervention
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Support student safety during escalated behaviors
- Maintain detailed documentation of behavioral data
- Collaborate with school staff and special education teams
- Promote a structured and supportive learning environment
