About The Position

Horne Chrysler Dodge Jeep Nissan is committed to delivering top-quality automotive service with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Certified Automotive Technician to join our team in Globe, Arizona. The Certified and Master Certified Service Technician will perform vehicle servicing and repairs following established standards and procedures. You may also perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations. This role requires maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
Professional, dependable, and safety-focused work ethic.
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and internet proficiency.
Ability to physically perform tasks, including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects.
Professional appearance and attitude.

Nice To Haves

Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred, especially for Master Certified Technicians.

Responsibilities

Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing techniques.
Maintain the highest level of training as a Master Certified Technician.
Keep vehicles clean during service and repair processes.
Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Assist in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards.
Support efficient shop operations through inventory management and general shop duties.
Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
