About The Position

We are searching for a CEO to lead an organization serving entities within the iGaming industry with tasks relating to payments, including strategy, operations, risk and anti-fraud and everything to do with the operation and execution of payments. Based in the heart of the iGaming landscape on the East-coast of Malta, the role of CEO is offered on the basis of office-first, with hybrid flexibility in line with business requirements. Remuneration around €175-180K incl bonus + comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • Proven senior leadership within iGaming Payment Operations (Head of dept/director or C-level)
  • Strong commercial track record
  • Experience of scaling technology-driven iGaming business and leading through growth phases
  • Deep understanding of PnL management, financial modelling, and KPIs relevant to iGaming
  • Familiarity with regulated, international, and emerging markets
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans for varied stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and inspire teams across multiple locations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on leadership style and a strong focus on execution and results

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the company’s long-term vision, commercial objectives, and operational priorities
  • Full PnL Ownership
  • Primary point of contact for the Board, shareholders and investors
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing executive team
  • Define and execute payment operations strategy in alignment with the company’s commercial objectives, regulatory obligations, and customer experience goals
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of payment operations professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Drive operational KPIs, setting clear performance targets and ensuring continuous monitoring, analysis, and optimization of workflows
  • Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs
  • Present insightful, data-driven reports and recommendations to the board
  • Lead the company’s strategic planning on new markets, products, and regulatory changes
