About The Position

We are representing a prestigious New York–based Single Family Office seeking a CEO to lead all aspects of the platform. The office manages a diversified global portfolio across public markets, private equity, real estate and direct investments. The CEO will act as the principal steward of the family’s capital and values, overseeing investment strategy, risk management, governance, and operational infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring discretion, judgement and long-term thinking.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience within a family office, institutional asset manager or private investment platform
• Demonstrated experience across multi-asset portfolio
• Strong governance and operational expertise
• High level of discretion and emotional intelligence
• Experience working directly with UHNW principals

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy, asset allocation and investment oversight
• Partner closely with the family on vision, governance and succession planning
• Oversee internal investment team and external managers
• Supervise finance, tax, legal and reporting functions
• Manage risk, liquidity and capital planning
• Represent the family with banks, advisors and co-investment partners
