Under the direction of the Manager, Building Services, the Centralized Workplace Services (CWS) Specialist will work as a cooperative team member handling the administrative duties of Centralized Workplace Services. Assists with maintaining the department’s operational logistic needs including managing breakroom and meeting space supply inventories, coordinating service requests, scheduling vendor maintenance, and managing department system forms. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Drives the Centralized Workplace Services (CWS) intake process, including delegation of service tickets, maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA), triaging complex requests, and managing escalations. 2. Manages inventory stock, order supplies as needed and within budgetary guidelines for distribution to off-Reservation administrative offices as necessary. Assigns tickets for restock to the appropriate team. 3. Drafts, edits, and distributes formal meeting notes with accuracy and timeliness. Develops and publishes monthly building newsletters, ensuring alignment with enterprise branding and communication standards. Serves as liaison with enterprise communications teams to coordinate building announcements and impact notices. 4. Configures and administers the department’s SharePoint site structure, records, and forms; maintains document retention and access controls. 5. Executes contract intake-to-approval workflows, validates billing, and maintains budget tracker integrity. Prepares monthly leadership reports, variance analyses, and recommendations. 6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
