About The Position

The Centralized Warranty / Manufacturer Relations Associate ensures accurate, timely, and complete warranty claim documentation across all Bish’s RV locations. This role is responsible for validating unit information, reviewing warranty eligibility, organizing documentation and photos, and supporting the flow of information between technicians, service teams, and manufacturers. You will play a key role in reducing claim errors, increasing processing speed, and maintaining organized, high-quality warranty records that support strong vendor relationships and operational efficiency. Pay range: $18+ depending on performance and experience. Key Objectives  Ensure accuracy and completeness of all warranty claim documentation, unit details, and repair authorizations  Support smooth claim processing by partnering with technicians, service advisors, centralized warranty leadership, and dealership teams  Maintain organized, accessible, and compliant documentation within the service management system  Provide consistent, professional communication with internal departments and manufacturer partners  Contribute to a high-performing, team-based environment that delivers fast, reliable warranty support to all locations

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence communicating via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and file management
  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a positive, professional attitude
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test
  • Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
  • Must have Manufacturer warranty experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative, data entry, service department, or warranty experience preferred (optional—add if desired)

Responsibilities

  • Verify RV unit information, warranty dates, repair details, and technician submissions for accuracy
  • Update, track, and document warranty claim statuses to support timely processing
  • Enter repair authorizations, additional claim information, and supporting details into the warranty/service system
  • Upload, organize, and maintain all photos, documents, and warranty records in the appropriate system folders
  • Communicate with dealership Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership teams to clarify missing or incorrect information
  • Collaborate daily with the centralized warranty team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with warranty standards
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed to support the department
