About The Position

At Oregon State Credit Union, we are passionate about creating financial solutions that make lives better. Our Centralized Lending team plays a critical role in helping members achieve their financial goals by delivering accurate, timely, and exceptional loan processing support. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Centralized Lending Processor I to support our Underwriters and lending leadership while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our members and internal partners. As a Centralized Lending Processor I, you will support the consumer lending process by loading, processing, and closing loans, coordinating funding, and working directly with members and branch teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • One year of administrative office experience required.
  • Experience working with the public and demonstrated customer service skills.
  • General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; comfort working in multiple systems.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Loan Processing & Administrative: Demonstrated ability to process consumer loan information accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply credit union loan products, policies, and procedures.
  • Member Service & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone presence.
  • Ability to consult with members to identify needs and provide solutions in their best financial interest.
  • Strong listening skills with a commitment to delivering unsurpassed service to members, internal teams, and partners.
  • Judgment, Compliance & Confidentiality: Ability to work independently to resolve challenges using available resources.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.
  • Consistently models the credit union’s service standards and values.
