The Central Support Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing store/departmental mail, store forms, office supplies training materials, and supply orders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Accurately receive, sort, and distribute large amounts of mail. Process the incoming mail bags each morning and prepare the mailbags for delivery each afternoon. Fill store requests for office supplies and forms daily. Slot mass mailings of O'Reilly specific publications, marketing and promotional items and Store Design Department projects. Provide coverage for maintaining inventory of office supplies, processing business card requests company wide, and various record keeping. Handles shipping to international locations. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
