The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As Central Strategy and Operations Analyst within this team, you will be responsible for driving the activation of key YouTube products at scale. You will combine your investigative expertise with strategic thinking to design, evaluate, and optimize our central incentives systems. This complex system balances multiple priorities and goals in a unified way to ensure our Partnerships team is driving towards long-term, sustainable success for both YouTube and our partners. In this role, you will gain direct exposure to executive leaders as you present your compelling proposals and demonstrate their impact.
