The YouTube team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As a Quantitative Business Analyst, you will be part of the engine driving the activation of key YouTube products globally and at scale. You will combine investigative expertise with problem-solving to design, evaluate, optimize, and operationalize our central incentives systems.
