Requirements

Typing speed of 30 wpm

Responsibilities

Monitor and acknowledge video signals and alarms from customers’ video alarm systems (BONUS PAID FOR ARRESTS)
Provide accurate information to the proper authorities by notifying appropriate points of contact of issues that arise i.e., dispatch police or security teams on verified threats and/or suspicious behavior
Use your customer service skills and communication skills to be the superhero customers didn't know they needed
Effectively document customer interactions regarding incidents, account inquiries and service requests
