- Monitor and manage all production in assigned production area to maximize production and control lease operating expenses - Gain a basic knowledge of production operations and all associated equipment - Maintain all company provided tools and equipment (cell phone, vehicle, computer, etc.) - Perform routine maintenance of production equipment including separation and measurement equipment - Aware of DT effects on volumes; identify DT issues such as RPs, TLs, PCs, etc, and report promptly- target <24 hr notification; understand alarm management to minimize DT - Aware of lease costs in daily activities; 0% tool and equipment loss; perform lease maintenance as needed to eliminate contract labor; utilize "buddy system" as needed; reduce OT effect - Diagnose / troubleshoot and repair minor issues associated with production equipment - Optimize production using various systems and techniques (POC's, PL setpoints, identify restrictions, etc.) - Optimize processing throughout the facility and maintain proper product specifications - Perform repairs with limited supervision - Respond to alarms and problems within the plant and makes appropriate corrections - Maximize production from wells and maintain production and measurement equipment - Practice spill prevention countermeasures, control reporting, and monitors environmental compliance - Perform other various tasks as assigned by the Foreman
