The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. The position takes ownership of customer issues and provides complete end-to-end issue resolution by utilizing the resources available. Pay is $18 per hour. For a more seasoned candidate, pay could increase. Must be able to 3rd shift 10:50pm to 6:50am. There is .75 shift diff for 3rd shift.
