The actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. The purpose of this position is to offer support to the daily operations of the Kansas City Central Shipping department.

Requirements

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
At least two years’ related experience in an office environment is required.
Meets company minimum standard of background check.
Good organizational skills

Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and electronically.
If participating in coordination, delivery, function testing, or downloads of respiratory equipment, all applicable competency testing must be completed prior to conducting those activities.
Microsoft Office programs
Basic printing/faxing/scanning abilities
English (reading, writing, verbal)
Basic level mathematical proficiency
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.

Responsibilities

Perform processing duties for the Central Shipping department as necessary, including but not limited to the following: processing BPM tasks, working with intakes and work orders, and reviewing ACIS screens to facilitate order processing.
Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry.
Potentially assist with coordination of patient positive airway pressure (PAP) shipping, including assembly of paperwork instructions and other non-licensed activities, as defined by policy.
Facilitating patient data entry into applicable compliance portals.
Carry out scanning, filing, and faxing of records on a routine basis.
Aid with warehouse/patient equipment preparation.
Facilitate return of equipment, complete paperwork, retrieve equipment from warehouse, and other equipment return duties.
Performs other duties as required.
