About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for implementing proven selling strategies and utilizing supportive marketing materials to maximize sales opportunities within their assigned territory. This role involves managing and growing client accounts, which includes OEM dealers, independent repair facilities as well as large fleets, while ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. The Account Manager will introduce new products and updates to the client base while focusing on prospecting to expand the business and build long-term, value-based relationships. Regular travel within the designated area is required to cover responsibilities effectively.

Requirements

  • A degree or 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License Require.
  • Must have a hunter sales mentality.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of clients.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Must have a background and working knowledge of Gear and Drivetrain Truck Parts.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes a proven system of selling with supportive marketing material.
  • Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers in territory.
  • Works with small businesses, dealer networks and regional managers of large worldwide fleets to ensure the customers’ needs are met.
  • Plans and manages client accounts.
  • Introducing new products and updates to client base.
  • Develops and builds long-term value-based relationships.
  • Focuses on prospecting to grow the business.
  • Travels to cover area of responsibility effectively.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
