About The Position

We are seeking experienced DC Power, Data Center, and Central Office Network Installation Technicians to join our installation team. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, a solid understanding of industry standards, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments General Requirements Knowledge of industry installation standards and best practices. Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs without assistance. Comfortable climbing up and down ladders frequently and adhering to ladder load restrictions. Strong communication skills with the ability to respond promptly via email and phone. Proficiency with Microsoft applications preferred. Willingness to travel: 50% within the assigned region, 50% outside the region as needed. Ability to collaborate effectively with the Project Management Team. Must have a reliable vehicle. LV3 Installer Minimum 3 years of experience Responsibilities include: Running, forming, stitching, and crimping cables for power, grounding, and IOF applications. Handling VRLA battery stacking, cleaning, and strapping. Reading and interpreting design specifications. Updating red-line and as-built drawings. Preparing Methods of Procedure (MOPs). Cleaning and scoping fiber connectors; documenting light levels and other test results using equipment such as OTDR. Serving as the installation lead on assigned tasks. LV4 Lead Installer Minimum 5 years of experience Responsibilities include: Performing live DC power transitions and installations. Testing and turn-up of BDFBs, rectifiers, DC power plants, monitors/controllers, inverters, and VRLA/wet cell battery additions/removals. Leading various installation projects and overseeing less experienced installers when required. Demonstrating strong knowledge of central office installation practices and industry quality standards based on widely recognized guidelines (e.g., Telco and industry-standard installation requirements). Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Technicians must have: Type 2 hard hat Steel-toe shoes High-visibility vest or shirts Cut-resistant gloves Safety glasses
