The Central Intake Staff Nurse is responsible for responding to all incoming calls, promoting agency programs, providing information and processing referral s for PA and NJ CONNECTING TO MISSION: Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice’s ability to continue the rich heritage of the Sisters of the Redeemer and care, comfort, and heal in the home is directly related to the talents, motivation and accomplishments of our employees. A primary way staff connect to our mission is by collaborating with all team members in promoting an environment that provides quality, compassionate, holistic, patient-centered care and supports all internal and external customers

Requirements

• Current nursing license for appropriate state.
• Two to three years of current clinical home care experience required.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and regulatory issues regarding home care required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive leadership style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to act autonomously.
• Willing to promote the mission and values of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer.
• Ability to function in a rapidly changing health care environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with holidays and weekends included.
