Key Responsibilities: â Review all referrals for clinical and financial eligibility for admission to the facility. â Enter and maintain referral records in the CRM system , ensuring accurate documentation of referral status. â Communicate with multiple hospitals via referral portals to facilitate the intake process. â Initiate prior authorizations with insurance providers for admissions.
