WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. The Central Enrollment Coordinator plays an important role in bringing PACE services to vulnerable seniors across the country by supporting our central eligibility requirement determination (Central ERD) process. Reporting to Central ERD leadership, this position is accountable for supporting the centralized enrollment decision-making process at WelbeHealth to ensure eligibility decisions are made consistently, accurately, compliantly, and in a timely manner. This role is different because the Central Enrollment Coordinator at WelbeHealth: Has Enterprise-level impact, not just site-by-site processing - directly influencing consistent, compliant enrollment decisions across multiple markets nationwide, unlike in traditional enrollment roles that operate within a single center or market Does mission-driven work at the intersection of access, equity, and care - this role goes beyond administrative coordination and helps unlock access to PACE for our most vulnerable seniors by ensuring eligibility decisions are accurate, timely, and equitable We care about our team members.
